PREVENTION OF JUVENILE DELINQUENCY AND THE ROLE OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES IN IT

This article describes the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the role of internal affairs bodies. Also, the article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of the concept of prevention of juvenile delinquency based on the opinions of mature scientists of our country. That is, in order to consider the types of prevention of juvenile delinquency, "prevention" and "prophylaxis" (the meaning of the concepts "juvenile" and "criminality" were studied. In addition, the prevention of crimes committed by them on the basis of the national legislation on the prevention of juvenile delinquency In the author's article, the reasons and conditions that allow the lack of control and neglect of minors, the commission of offenses or other antisocial behavior by them, the general, special, individual and victimological prevention of juvenile delinquency, as well as legal, educational and preventive measures , socio-economic, spiritual-ethical, medical, psychological, organizational and other measures. issues of providing measures of aphylactic effect are also analyzed.
