GREENING THE ECONOMY OF UZBEKISTAN: THE LEGAL ASPECT OF IMPROVING INVESTMENT

The article analyzes the essence and the current regulatory framework of the process of greening the economy. On the basis of practical material, the main tools of the mechanism for investing in "green" projects are revealed, new ways of investing in the "green" economy are revealed, and proposals for further improvement of legislation in the field of greening the economy are developed.
