ISSUES OF ENSURING THE OPENNESS OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

In this article, the author from scientific and practical positions considers the processes of digitalization in administrative courts, which have recently become one of the most important participants in the process of protecting the rights and interests of citizens and legal entities from illegal decisions and actions of public authorities and administration in Uzbekistan. In particular, the current state of ensuring the openness of the activities of these courts, the work carried out in this direction and the problems that arise, the legal foundations of the digitalization process, and positive foreign experience in this area have been studied in detail. In the article, the author presents his scientific and practical proposals and recommendations for increasing the authority and openness of administrative courts and further improving the regulation of their activities.
