RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REPRESENTATIVE TO REPRESENT A MEETING AND ITS FEATURES IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

Abstract

This article discusses the purpose of filing a counterclaim in an economic process that is directly related to accounting, and thus, the requirement of the initial claim is reduced or eliminated, as a result of which the claim originally filed by the plaintiff and its place in the procedural law are rejected. The author analyzes the defendant's right to file a counterclaim and its features and makes suggestions in this regard.
