SPORTS LAW AS A BRANCH OF INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC LAW

The article is devoted to a relatively new and dynamically developing branch of international law – international sports law (ICL). The author provides an argument to justify the fact that SMEs are a branch of public international law, examines the features of this industry, its subject and methods, as well as its increasing importance in the modern period.
