NECESSARY CONDITIONS OF EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS

The article is devoted to the issues of ensuring and protecting women's rights. The author gives an overview and analysis of recently adopted laws and other legal acts in this direction. Noting their high political significance, the author speaks of the need for their further improvement. The author proposes the adoption of comments on new laws, measures to bridge the gender gap in education and improve working conditions for women, as well as the creation of a Ministry for gender issues.
