SPECIFIC FEATURES OF LOCAL REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS

The article highlights the specifics of local regulation of labor relations, as well as the place and significance of local regulations in the regulation of labor relations at enterprises, organizations and institutions, the concept of local regulations, the issues of combination of centralized and local regulations of labor relations, the adoption by the employer of local acts at the enterprise in coordination with the representative body of employees as one of the main forms of social partnership in the field of labor.
