Abstract

This article discusses the application of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. The author analyzed the legal aspects of using AI and Big Data, ethical issues, legal problems and their solutions, liability issues. The paper was touched upon some problems of wide application of AI together with Big Data, such as social inequality as a legal phenomenon in the use of AI technology and Big Data.
