SOME LEGAL ISSUES OF DIVERSIFICATION OF FINANCIAL SOURCES OF SUPPORT FOR NGOs

It is known that financial support from the state on the basis of social partnership plays an important role in the implementation of the goals set for non-governmental non-profit organizations and the implementation of socially useful projects. In this regard, a number of reforms at the international and national levels and legislative regulation of their activities and the mechanism of work are of great importance. To achieve this goal, a theoretical analysis of new organizational and legal forms of NGOs and the establishment of a clear boundary between them will help the effective and stable operation of the legislation. This article analyzes a number of statistical data on the sources of funding for the activities of NGOs. Along with this, the support of social businesses of a number of countries of the world, the privileges and opportunities given to this sector, and certain restrictions were studied. Among them, the opinions of a number of scientists and the national legislation of several countries were studied, and the direct impact of financial support provided by business entities and the state on social enterprises and its dependence on the diversification of social enterprises was brought out.
