ISSUES OF PROVIDING EVIDENCE IN INTERNATIONAL CIVIL PROCEDURE

This article analyzes the issues of obtaining evidence from foreign countries in civil and economic cases, complicated by a foreign element. The article deals with international treaties to which the Republic of Uzbekistan is a party, namely the Chisinau Convention “On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters", the Hague Convention "Civil-Legal Aspects of Abduction of Children to Other Countries", “Convention on the Abolition of requirements for the legalization of foreign official documents” and the provisions of the bilateral agreement “On legal assistance in civil and economic cases” concluded between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea.
