This article focuses on some aspects related to the provision of human rights by the legal profession. Advocate has other rights provided by legislation. Advocate has other rights which An advocate: advises legal entities and individuals who have applied for legal assistance about their rights and obligations; not to approach the work of the person who applied for legal assistance with a professional point of view that aggravates his situation; Opinions and comments were expressed on the fact that in the case of an illegal decision from the point of view of the person expressing trust (the person under his protection), he must appeal against this decision in accordance with the procedure established by law.
