CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN IN A NEW EDITION

The article is devoted to the norms of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new edition, which determine the constitutional and legal foundations for the activities of civil society institutions in Uzbekistan. The role and forms of participation of citizens in the management of state affairs are shown. The factors and conditions for the successful functioning of civil society are determined. The article also noted the importance of holding a referendum on the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new edition, as a new and important stage in the further development of statehood and the legal framework of Uzbekistan.
