BUSINESS OMBUDSMAN: WORLD EXPERIENCE AND ITS PROSPECTS

This article deals with effective methods of ensuring the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, and an important aspect of the reforms carried out in our republic is not the punishment of entrepreneurs for their shortcomings, but the proper organization of their activities and making proposals in the bills using the experience of developed countries. By studying international practice, important tasks were highlighted that the state must perform to create a bridge that establishes a close connection between entrepreneurs and the state through the newly created in our country institution of the Ombudsman.
