CRIMINOLOGICAL TYPOLOGY OF CRIMES COMMITTED BY WOMEN FOR SENIOR PURPOSES USING VIOLENCE

This article provides a systematic analysis of female criminality with the use of violence and trends in their development, studies in this area and existing doctrinal views and facts in this regard. The criminological typology of women's crime as an integral part of the general crime phenomenon is being studied for the first time in scientifically and practically based research. Meantime, the object of research has significantly expanded: approaches have been formed to consider the causes and conditions of female criminality, criminal behavior, the personal characteristics of female criminals, and develop measures to prevent the illegal behavior of women. Prevention of crimes related to crimes committed by women with the use of violence allows using various means to stop planned criminal activity, prevent from harmful consequences, solve the problems of combating crime in effective ways at the lowest cost, without using a form of state coercion, such as criminal punishment. On the basis of a general statistical analysis of female criminality, the author developed proposals on the mechanisms for their prevention.
