INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR “CRIMINAL ASSETS” RECOVERY

In this article, international standards on the return of "criminal assets" to the country of origin, including conventions, agreements, FAFT recommendations, Regulations, Directives, Decisions and other legal documents, requirements and recommendations set forth in these documents, organizations taking measures at the international level, in particular Interpol and its regional units (Europol, Asiapol, Americapol), Egmont Group, International Customs Organization, Camden Assets Recovery Inter-Agency Network (CARIN), Asset Recovery Inter-Agency Network for South Africa (Camden's regional branch) (Asset Recovery Inter-Agency Network for Southern Africa), Arab Anti- Corruption and Integrity Network, European Judicial Network, Eurojust issues of implementing the practices of advanced foreign countries into the national legislation are highlighted.
