THE STRENGTHENING OF CONSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF FREE MARKET RELATIONS AT THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article considers additions and changes to the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are aimed at liberalizing market relations. In particular, the author cites the articles of the new Constitution of Uzbekistan devoted to the protection and guarantees of private property, guarantees of free enterprise and free movement of finance, goods and services. The constitutional novel is a norm that provides that the land can now be in private ownership. For the first time, the concept of intellectual property is introduced into the Constitution, which is protected along with private property.
