CURRENT STATUS OF PROBATION SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION OF MORAL CORRECTION SENTENCES AND PROBLEMS IN IMPLEMENTING THIS SENTENCE

In this article, proposals are made to improve the procedure for the execution of the sentence of correctional work by the probation service in our country, to strengthen the implementation of international standards in the execution of this sentence into the national legislation, to develop a new and more effective mechanism to prevent the convicts from committing crimes again during or after serving the sentence. was given, and today the execution of correctional punishment by the probation service, as a result of the reforms carried out in this regard, the criminal law meets international requirements, the procedure and conditions of the execution of the sentence, as well as the execution of this sentence are in accordance with the norms of international law, the advanced legal standards of foreign countries experience was analyzed theoretically and legally, and opinions of legal scholars and practitioners were analyzed.
