INTERNATIONAL-LEGAL REGULATION OF ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS FREEDOMS AND LEGITIMATE INTERESTS IN OPERATIONAL-SEARCH ACTIVITIES

The article explores the international-legal regulation of the provision of human rights, freedoms and legitimate interests in operational-search activities. A scientific debate and discussion was initiated on the basis of the opinions of legal scholars and experts on the research work. It emphasized the division of international documents into three groups according to the boundaries and area of the territory of validity. More than a hundred international documents on human rights and freedoms have been analyzed in the field of operational-search activities and scientifically based proposals and recommendations have been developed for the theory and practice of operational-search activities.
