This article discusses the legal status of honor, dignity and business reputation in the context of social networks. The legal framework and international perspectives for the protection of these aspects in the context of the digitalization of society are analyzed. Attention is paid to such important issues as defamation, protection of privacy and reputation, the right to be forgotten and the protection of personal data, as well as the protection of business reputation and related rights. The study focuses on the problems and challenges that arise in connection with the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation in social networks.
