SOME PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OVER THE PREVENTION OF UNCONTROL AND CRIMES AMONG JUVENILE PERSONS

Lack of supervision and delinquency among minors issue is the main social danger facing modern society and remains one of the problems. Therefore, proper organization of the prosecutor's control in the field is one of the priority tasks of the prosecutor's office. In this article, in the effective organization of the prosecutor's control over the implementation of the law on the prevention of delinquency and delinquency among minors, the existing problems in practice, legal gaps in the legislation, the opinions of scientists in this field, should be examined by the officials of the prosecutor's office in the process of carrying out control activities. The main issues are determined.
