Abstract

This article analyzes the international Islamic financial institutions, the history of their formation and development, goals and objectives, scope of activity and development trends. Also, opinions and comments about the activities of these organizations in Central Asia, including Uzbekistan, implemented and ongoing projects, methods and sources of financing are provided on the basis of the article. Proposals and recommendations are provided for the development of cooperation with large Islamic financial institutions in Uzbekistan.
