FORM AND CONDITIONS OF CONCLUSION OF A CORPORATE AGREEMENT

The article analyzes in detail the form of a corporate agreement, the conditions for its conclusion and its legal nature. Based on an analysis of the experience of a number of advanced foreign countries, the author proposes to rename Chapter 53 of the Federal Law and include it in separate paragraphs on the legal regulation of the two main types of contracts. In addition, the researcher also expresses his views on the form of a corporate agreement in the draft of the new Civil Code, which was developed based on the need to improve the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rules of interaction of legal entities with participants in a business company that have entered into a corporate agreement, as well as with participants in the company and society who are not parties to the corporate agreement.
