Развитие и эффективность проводимых в нашей стране реформ зависят от создания правового регулирования и эффективных правовых механизмов. Законодательство в сфере строительства и дальнейшее совершенствование правового механизма путем его исследования, разъяснения в удобной и понятной форме для представителей отрасли и граждан – одно из важных требований наших реформ сегодня. В данной статье анализируется законодательство в сфере строительства, его проблемы и опыт зарубежных стран.
