THE GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND SPECIFICITY OF PROSECUTORAL SUPERVISION OVER THE LEGALITY OF ACTS OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES ON THE LOCAL

Creation of the efficient system of superv1s10n over legality of local self-government's normative legal acts is the important state objective promoting defense and implementation of local selfgovemment's rights, guaranteed by the Constitution. The amount of local self-government's illegal normative law acts is revealed by prosecutor's office. The paper is de voted to goals, objectives and specificity of prosecutorial supervision over the legality of local self-government's normative legal acts. The author expresses his views on the goals, objectives and specificity of prosecutorial supervision in order to improve the legal regulation of the activities of the prosecutor's office in this area.
