The article discusses legal concepts relating to the contractual legal framework for the provision of medical services, as well as the fundamental improvement of the healthcare sector in our country, further improving the quality and efficiency of the provision of medical services, issues of training qualified medical personnel in the field of medical care, the introduction of new management methods, large-scale reforms in the formation of a healthy lifestyle in society, a comparative analysis in chronological order of legal norms related to the provision of medical services, as well as the scientific and legal foundations of contractual relations for theoretically analyzed the provision of medical services.
