In this article, issues of commercialization of intellectual property objects, which are one of the topical issues in the field of intellectual property, including the commercialization of patented inventions, their legal status, creation of inventions, licensing of patent rights, sale of patent rights, copyright rights, restoration of violated rights are considered. At the same time, the opinions of a number of scientists on the commercialization of intellectual property objects in foreign countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan have been studied.
