THE ROLE OF LEGISLATIVE TECHNIQUE IN THE PREPARATION AND ADOPTION OF DRAFT LEGISLATIVE NORMATIVE ACTS

The article reveals the role of legislative techniques in the preparation and adoption of draft legislative documents with an analysis of the theoretical and legal foundations. In connection with the requirements of today, attention is focused on the importance of legislative methods for enriching the legal framework with high-quality, mature and thorough regulatory legal acts. Despite the large-scale reforms carried out in this regard, the author made suggestions and recommendations regarding problems that still need to be resolved in the area.
