THE CONCEPT OF JUDGMENT AND ITS UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS

This article discusses the judgment and its distinctive features, which are crucial for the judicial system, as well as the importance of strictly adhering to laws at all stages of the criminal process to establish justice and truth. It emphasizes the significance and legal role of a fair court ruling applied proportionally to each individual's criminal act. Furthermore, the article highlights the affirming and denying forms of judgment, its logical structure, and the distinctions between analytical and synthetic judgments. The relationship between judgment and truth, as well as its role in the process of cognition, is analyzed with reference to various legal-philosophical approaches
