СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ СИСТЕМЫ ОРГАНОВ СУДЕБНОЙ ВЛАСТИ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ И СОЕДИНЕННЫХ ШТАТОВ АМЕРИКИ

Независимость судебной власти и судебной системы - взаимосвязанные понятия. Судебная власть представляет собой форму, а независимость судебной власти представляет собой содержание. Однако судебная система должна быть организована таким образом, чтобы не подрывать ее независимость.
В данной статье рассматривается система судебной власти в Узбекистане и США, структура судов, их роль в обеспечении независимости судебной власти. Были внесены предложения по совершенствованию правовой базы судебной системы в Узбекистане.
