РЕФОРМЫ В ОБЛАСТИ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЕНИЯ ПРАВОСУДИЯ В НОВОМ УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ И ИХ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

В статье рассматриваются реформы, направленные на обеспечение независимости судебной власти в стране за последние годы, совершенствование ведения судебных дел, усиление гарантий защиты прав, свобод и законных интересов граждан, а также субъектов предпринимательства со стороны органов государственной власти на основе анализа принятых законодательных документов в данной области в Новом Узбекистане и приведены результаты данных реформ, кроме того, раскрыта роль обновленной Конституции Республики Узбекистан в обеспечении правосудия.
