THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PREVENTION AND DISCLOSURE OF PICKPOCKETING

The article examines the legal basis for the prevention of pickpocketing and the detection of unsolved pickpocketing, and describes the legal norms that are the legal basis for the activities of employees of operational units of internal affairs agencies to detect unsolved pickpocketing. The legal norms are presented sequentially, the grounds and procedure for applying each of them are explained in detail, a number of regulatory and legal problems are also identified.
