SPECIFIC FEATURES OF ASSIGNING AN ADDITIONAL TYPE OF PUNISHMENT IN THE FORM OF DEPRIVATION OF MILITARY OR SPECIAL TITLE

This article analyzes the legal grounds for assigning additional punishment in the form of deprivation of military or special rank, specific aspects of judicial practice, and restrictions related to this punishment measure. The criteria for the application of this punishment, the procedure for its imposition in addition to the main punishment, and its legal consequences are widely covered in criminal legislation. The court also substantiated the need to take into account the personal characteristics of the guilty party, the degree of social danger of the crime, and the principles of social justice when determining this punishment.
