Abstract

The article describes the causes of corruption, its legal nature, its negative consequences in the life of
the state and society, theoretical and legal views on corruption, the role of views in the fight against
corruption, the historical development of corruption, modern views on improving the fight against it.
This research article also presents the scientific views of the scientists who conducted research on
this topic, as well as proposals and conclusions.
