This article analyzes the concept of the crime of preparing, storing, distributing, or displaying
materials that threaten public safety and public order, committed by women, and its characteristics.
In addition, the article touches upon the fact that this crime committed among women is directly
related to socially determined characteristics, that is, to historical, geopolitical, economic-legal,
demographic, and other changes occurring in society
