ISSUES OF REHABILITATION OF WOMEN WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE IN THE LEGISLATION OF SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES

This article analyzes the issues of rehabilitation of women who have suffered from harassment and violence in the legislation of some foreign countries. The article also examines and comparatively analyzes the practice and legislation of Western European countries such as Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, as well as the USA, Canada, and Japan regarding the rehabilitation of women who have suffered from harassment and violence. In addition, the article analyzes the factors that cause a person's victimization in the prevention of harassment and violence against women, as well as the study of the behavior of victims, issues of issuing protection orders to them and their rehabilitation, and gives relevant proposals and recommendations. In the article, based on the experience of foreign countries, the author also gave recommendations on how victims of harassment and violence can call the following hotlines organized in the national network: a) in cases of harassment and violence, seeking help or finding a solution to the problem; b) when they are victims of sexual violence or there is a risk of becoming victims; c) when children are treated cruelly in the family; d) on issues of social rehabilitation of victims of harassment and violence and in other areas.
