QUESTIONS OF RESEARCH OF THE LEGAL EXPERIMENT AS A KIND OF SOCIAL EXPERIMENT

In this article, based on national and foreign experience, the concept of social experiment and legal experiment as its type, the opinions of scientists in this field, the classification of legal experiment and its role in rule-making activities are highlighted. Also, this article attempts to analyze the issues of conducting a legal experiment in our country. The article discusses the importance of conducting a legal experiment, its importance in improving the rule-making, the stages of conducting a legal experiment, as well as the tasks that must be solved and the ways to solve them. The article presents the problems of conducting a legal experiment, conclusions and proposals on them.
