REFLECTIONS ON THE INVESTIGATION OF UNSOLVED CRIMES IN PREVIOUS YEARS

The article presents opinions on the investigation of unsolved crimes in previous years, analyzes the views of researchers and materials of criminal cases from investigative practice. Based on the results of the analysis and research, errors and shortcomings associated with the qualitative planning of the investigation of crimes that remained unsolved in previous years, the resumption of the preliminary investigation and the conduct of investigative and other procedural actions were identified, and proposals and recommendations were developed to eliminate these errors and shortcomings.
