LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF A CONVICTION IN CRIMINAL LAW

This article outlines issues related to the institution of conviction. He also noted that there are shortcomings in the legislative norms in the republic for reasons of insufficient investigation of the state of conviction, completion of the state of conviction and removal of conviction. At the same time, suggestions and recommendations were made to improve the institution of conviction.
