THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF JUDICIAL REVIEW IN UZBEKISTAN

The article analyzes the concept, types and peculiarities of judicial review. The concept of judicial review has been analyzed on the basis of scientific views of national and foreign scholars.The powers of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on judicial review are stated. In particular, the Supreme Court analyzed the issues of finding the departmental normative legal acts invalid. Theoretical conclusions on judicial normative review are given.
