A REVIEW OF LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF ELECTRICITY

The article provides an overview of the main regulatory legal acts through which the regulation of relations in the electricity is carried out. It is concluded that the number of acts regulating relations in this area is steadily growing, which, in turn, indicates a high interest on the part of the state in establishing greater order in the energy sector.
