«СМАРТ-КОНТРАКТЫ» В ГРАЖДАНСКО-ПРАВОВЫХ ОТНОШЕНИЯХ И ВОПРОСЫ ИХ ЭФФЕКТИВНОЙ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ

В данной статье автор анализирует «смарт-контракты» в Узбекистане, их гражданско-правовые особенности, национальные и международные частные механизмы их регулирования, а также международные стандарты в этой сфере. Кроме того, «была подробно обсуждена роль смарт-контрактов в современной правовой системе и их взаимосвязь с другими отраслями права.Автор выдвигает предложения по их правовому решению, выделяя проблемы, возникающие при регулировании и укреплении «умных» контрактов.
