ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN THE FIELD OF VICTIMOLOGICAL PREVENTION OF OFFENSES AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ITS RESULTS IN THE PRACTICE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

The article provides a scientific analysis of the best practices of foreign countries in the field of sacrificial prevention. The author considers the legal framework of victimization in many foreign countries, including Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, USA, Canada, Japan, as well as the best practices for protecting the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of victims. In these countries, proposals and recommendations have been developed for the introduction of new victimological prevention mechanisms aimed at protecting the individual from various aggressions, in particular, the wider use of modern information technologies, as well as the practice of interaction between state bodies and public organizations.
