This article is devoted the problem of evaluating blockchain based evidence as admissibility evidence in civil proceedings.
Criteria of the evaluation of evidence in civil proceedings: the reliability of evidence, the relevance of evidence the admissibility of evidence is important.
The admissibility of digital evidence in civil proceedings is one of challenges in evaluating evidence.
In foreign countries, electronic evidence in blockchain program is considered admissibility by the courts.
