REGULATION THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM

This article reveals the issues of regulation the legal framework of social partnership in the health care system, analyzes the regulatory legal acts in this area. In turn, the issue of increasing the role of healthcare institutions in protecting the health of citizens, creating institutional and legal mechanisms for establishing public-private partnership in the field of healthcare was highlighted in detail. At the end of the article, the author puts forward a number of suggestions and recommendations aimed at solving current problems in the field, and draws appropriate conclusions.
