The article analyzes the legal framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan’s relations with the Islamic Development Bank Group and its member organizations, as well as the accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to these organizations, Islamic finance loans to Uzbekistan and the types of agreements. At the end of the analysis, it is explained which relations are regulated by the legal framework, and what other changes should be made in the legislation on the introduction of the Islamic financing system.
