В данной статье рассматриваются современные подходы и концепции права на здоровье, права на здоровье с точки зрения теории прав человека, анализируются международно-правовые документы, политика и национальное законодательство Узбекистана в сфере здравоохранения, Цели развития тысячелетия и Цели устойчивого развития с точки зрения здравоохранения. В заключительной части статьи представлены предложения по совершенствованию деятельности Республики Узбекистан в области обеспечения права на здоровье.
