FEATURES OF THE USE OF DIGITAL EVIDENCE IN A PRIVATE METHOD OF INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER

The article analyzes the content, essence, place, role and significance of digital evidence in the disclosure and investigation of crimes against public order. In modern realities, forensic science corresponds to the development of digital technologies, creating tools and methods for the possibility of extracting forensically significant information in the form of digital evidence. The possibilities of using digital evidence in a private forensic methodology for investigating crimes against public order aimed at optimizing the process of collecting, verifying and using digital evidence in the disclosure and investigation of this type of crime are considered.
