REGIONAL MECHANISMS FOR THE PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

In the article are elucidated international and regional agreements on the protection of personal rights and freedoms, the specific features of their implementation mechanisms, national and international experience, experience related to the protection of human rights in different regions, therefore universal international organizations that control the implementation of human rights and freedoms, the United Nations mechanisms of mutual cooperation in ensuring human rights of the member states of the organization.
