FEATURES OF REGULATION OF THE DELIVERY CONTRACT UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF A NUMBER OF COUNTRIES: RUSSIA, UZBEKISTAN, THE UNITED STATES, AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract

The article analyzes the features of the delivery contract on the example of comparative characteristics of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United States of America, and the European Union. The advantages and disadvantages of regulating these legal relations are revealed. Questions were raised about the legal nature and essence of delivery in countries with the unity of civil law and the dualism of private law. The possibilities of applying the rules governing international sale and purchase in the national law of countries that are members of trade unions are considered.
