CRIMINALISTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CRIME OF LARCENY BY EMBEZZLEMENT

The article deals with some problems of criminological characteristics of the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata. The article analyzes the criminalistic forms of investigation of the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata: methods of private investigation, investigation algorithms, tactics of individual investigative actions. The article also examines the criminological concept of the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata, based on the ideas of foreign scientists. In addition, the features of the subjects of the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata are discussed. At the same time, the reasons for the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata will be discussed. Various optimal solutions to the problems discussed are also considered. The article discusses ways to distinguish the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata from other crimes by its criminological characteristics. The article deals with the peculiarities of mastering the methods of investigation of similar crimes based on their criminological characteristics and their application in the investigation of the crime of мastering or looting by rastrata.
